Diagnosis is established in function of the assignment and the company size; its objective is to accurately identify the problems, or opportunities, real and potential.
Analysis:
We analyze the different action paths, consistent with your objectives.
Solutions:
We identify and lay out the different possible solutions.
Testing:
We always validate the collected information and data.
Recommendation:
We will submit recommendations to the manager and confront our points of view in order to conclude on a concrete and feasible action plan.
Actions:
We elaborate with you an action plan to be executed and we accompany you during the change implementation
Gauges:
We draw up the measures and controls to monitor the set up actions.
Adjustment:
We check the results and reframe, if necessary, for the next actions
